These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and K&V Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Slot Payouts, the website at slotpayreport.com (also referred to as "Slot Pay Report"), including its member pages, statistics, emails and related services (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, or by checking the box to agree when you become a member, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy & Disclaimers, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to become a member or to use the member areas of the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Service is intended for people in the United States. You may not use it where doing so would break the law, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are.
Slot Payouts publishes statistics and reports about slot machine play, compiled from slot-play sessions shown in videos published online by independent content creators. It is provided for research and entertainment only.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions about whether, where and how much to play, and for any money you win or lose.
When you become a member you will choose a password for your account. Please give us accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us right away through our contact form if you think someone else has used your account.
Each membership is for one person. You may not share your sign-in with anyone else, let others use your account, or sell or transfer your membership. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Plans. We offer the following memberships, priced in U.S. dollars:
Any applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Automatic renewal. Monthly, quarterly and annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the price of your plan at that time, until you cancel. You agree to this when you check the box at sign-up and complete your purchase. Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment.
How to cancel. You can cancel any time, online, by signing in and choosing My account → My plan, or by asking us through our contact form. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try again for a short time. If it still cannot be collected, your membership will pause until the payment is made.
Price changes. We may change our prices. If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you have time to cancel if you wish. Price changes never affect a Lifetime membership you have already paid for.
Lifetime memberships. A Lifetime membership gives you member access for as long as we operate the Service, not for your lifetime or ours. If we ever close the Service, we will give members at least 30 days' notice by email.
Promotional codes. Promotional codes are valid only as stated when issued, may not be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.
Because you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partly used periods, except where the law requires it.
If you believe you were charged by mistake, for example after you cancelled, please contact us through our contact form within 30 days of the charge and we will look into it promptly. If we issue a full refund, or if a payment is disputed with your card issuer, the membership that payment was for will end.
We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable permission to view and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you follow these Terms. You agree that you will not:
You may share a single statistic now and then in a personal conversation or post, as long as you say it came from Slot Payouts and do not present it as a guarantee of any payout.
The Service, including our statistics, reports, compilations, page designs, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by K&V Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Slot Payouts", "Slot Pay Report" and our logos are our trademarks. Except for the permission in section 7, these Terms do not give you any right to use them.
The slot games discussed on the Service, including their names, titles, logos, characters, artwork, sounds, symbols, cabinet designs and other features, are the trademarks and copyrighted works of the companies that make them (such as Aristocrat, IGT, Light & Wonder, Konami, Everi, AGS and others) or of the brands they license. Casino names and logos belong to their owners, and the names of content creators belong to those creators.
We use these names only to identify the games, makers and casinos our statistics describe. Their use does not mean that any game maker, casino or content creator is affiliated with us, sponsors us, endorses us or has reviewed or approved our statistics.
Pictures of games on the Service come from the game makers' own press and media kits, used as those kits allow, or are licensed from stock photography providers. The games, artwork and pictures remain the property of their makers or licensors. You may not copy, download or reuse any image from the Service.
If you are a game maker, casino or other rights holder and have a concern about how your name, trademark or game appears on the Service, please contact us through our contact form. We will review it promptly and, where appropriate, correct or remove the material.
We do not host, copy or redistribute the videos our statistics are compiled from; those videos belong to the content creators who published them. If you are a content creator and have a question about how your videos are used in our statistics, please contact us through our contact form.
The Service may link to other websites, such as Stripe, Jotform or a problem-gambling help line. We are not responsible for those websites, their content or their privacy practices.
If you choose to gamble, only play with money you can afford to lose, set time and spending limits before you start, and never chase losses. If gambling has stopped being fun for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available 24 hours a day:

If you have a concern, please contact us first through our contact form. Most problems can be fixed quickly, and we both agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting a legal claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
